Wellbeing Coach for Working Parents & the Organisations They Work For

Supporting parents through burnout, big transitions and the return to work…

Whether you’re an employer wanting to keep good people after parental leave, or a parent who’s running on empty, coaching gives you space to reset and a clear plan for what comes next.

I’ve been there myself. Burning out as a single mum of three, after 25 years in five-star hotels, is what led me to become a coach

For Organisations

Keep your people after parental leave

Coming back to work after a baby is one of the biggest transitions anyone makes. Sleep is short, childcare is new, and confidence takes a knock. It’s also the moment many good people quietly decide to leave.

I became a single parent to three while on maternity leave, then went back to work, asked for flexible working and had to rebuild. My packages gives your parents a coach in their corner, from the day they go on leave to the day they’re settled back in.

What your organisation gets

  • Parents who come back more confident, and stay

  • An early warning on burnout before it turns into absence

  • Attendance confirmation and an anonymised themes summary. Sessions stay confidential.

How it works:

six 1:1 sessions, online or in person

  • Before leave: a clear handover and a plan for staying in touch

  • During leave: confidence, childcare and planning the return, alongside KIT days

  • First four months back: energy, boundaries, guilt, flexible working and spotting early signs of burnout

Line managers get a short briefing so they can support the return without overstepping.

For Parents

1:1 wellbeing coaching

Carrying too much for too long? You might be burnt out, constantly stressed, or feel you’ve lost yourself somewhere between work, family and caring for everyone else. You know something needs to change, but not where to start.

I’ve been there. Burnout as a single mum of three is what led me to train as a coach.

How it works

Each session is shaped around you. Some days you’ll need space to talk things through. Other days we’ll get practical, with action plans and tools to shift the habits keeping you stuck. I’m warm, real and direct, and I’ll hold you accountable between sessions so the changes stick.

I can help with

  • Parental burnout

  • Life after separation

  • Returning to work after leave

  • Lost sense of self

Sessions run online or in person in London, at times that fit around school hours and shift patterns.

Frequently asked questions

Is coaching confidential?
Always. What you share stays between us. When an employer books coaching, HR only receives confirmation that sessions took place and an anonymised summary of themes, never what was said.

Online or in person?
Either. In person across London, or online anywhere in the UK.

Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to get to, with practical tools and a clear plan. I’m also trained in counselling and CBT and I’m a mental health first aider, so if I feel you’d benefit from different support, I’ll tell you and help you find it.

Can my employer pay for my coaching?
Often, yes. Many organisations have wellbeing or development budgets. Point them to the For Organisations section above, or I’m happy to speak to them for you.

When should return to work coaching start?
Ideally before parental leave begins, but it can start at any point, including after someone is already back at work.

Can we start with just one employee?
Yes. Many organisations pilot with one or two returners first.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The Full Reset can be paid in 3 monthly instalments of £240.

What happens in the free 20-minute chat?
We talk about what’s going on for you and what you’d like to change, and you decide whether coaching feels right. No pressure and no hard sell.
